Lisa Fogle

Lisa Fogle is currently the HR Recruiting Team Lead at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. With over a decade of experience in this role, Lisa manages the requisition pipeline, conducts interviews, negotiates salaries, and oversees the onboarding process for new employees. Lisa also plays a leadership role in Austin operations, assisting with various HR functions. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Senior Merchandise Manager at JCPenney, overseeing personnel and merchandising aspects. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas State University.
