Melinda MacIas

Melinda Macias has extensive experience in the banking industry, with roles at USAA and Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Randolph Brooks FCU, Melinda oversees First Mortgage origination teams and is responsible for managing production goals, risk management, and strategic planning. With previous roles at USAA including Director FSB Underwriting and Recovery Collection Manager, Melinda has a strong background in managing various bank products and collections. Melinda holds a degree from the University of the Incarnate Word.
