Steve Klein

Steve Klein has extensive experience in business development and recruitment, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union since December 2006, where Steve also holds the title of Business Development Regional Director for Corpus Christi. Previous roles include Business Development Officer and a recruiter at San Antonio Aerospace, where Steve was responsible for hiring mechanics and contract labor. Steve's military background includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Senior Recruiter, where leadership of a team of non-prior service recruiters resulted in exceeding goals and earning numerous awards, and earlier as a Recruiter focused on non-prior service recruits. Additionally, Steve has technical qualifications as an Aircraft Mechanic and experience as a Training Instructor in the military. Steve holds two Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, as well as Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
