The current executive team at Randolph College has a wide range of experience in various fields. The team includes a director of diversity, a gender, diversity, inclusion, and cultural consultant, a communication professor, and an executive director. All of the members of the team have received education from different schools, including the New York Institute of Technology and Kennesaw State University.
