Juliano Pimentel

Juliano Pimentel has extensive work experience in the automotive and transportation industry. Juliano started their career in 1999 at RANDON S.A. as an Aftermarket Service Assistant, providing technical support and maintenance for Randon's product portfolio. Juliano then progressed to roles such as Product Engineer Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, and Sales and Marketing Supervisor, where they developed innovative concepts, conducted market research, and trained sales teams. In 2010, they worked at Fras-le (China) as a Procurement professional, negotiating with suppliers and optimizing processes. From 2011 to 2018, they served as the Technology and Innovation Manager at RANDON S.A., leading the R&D department and overseeing the development of various trailer models. Currently, they work at Empresas Randon in the position of Technology of Product Director.

Juliano Pimentel completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Passo Fundo from 1989 to 1993. Juliano pursued further education with post-graduation studies in Strategic Management in Marketing from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul from 2003 to 2005 and in Business Administration from UCS - University of Caxias do Sul from 2005 to 2007. Juliano also obtained a Certificate in PDGN - Business Management Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they participated in several certificated programs at CENEX - Centro de Excelência Empresarial, including PDEC - Executive Development Program - Behavioral Series from 2011 to 2012, PDLI - Innovative Leadership Development Program from 2012 to 2013, and PDCM – Communication Development Program from 2014 to 2014. Juliano expanded their knowledge in Innovation Management with a Certificated MBA extension from Unisinos from 2018 to 2019. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a Certificated program in Design Thinking & Innovation from California State University, Northridge.
