Haley Miller has extensive work experience in customer success, operations, and salesforce administration. Haley began their career in 2017 as a Vendor Oversight Intern at Charles Schwab. Haley then moved to PHOENIX as a Client Relationship Manager & Salesforce Administrator. In 2019, they joined Charter Communications as a Business Analyst - Operations. In 2020, they joined VMware as a Customer Success Manager and Business System Analyst - Customer Success Operations. In 2022, they moved to Productboard as an Engagement Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they are a Member at Gain Grow Retain and has been since 2020. Haley is also a Senior Customer Success Manager at Randori, an IBM Company since 2023.
Haley Miller has a BSBA in Business Information and Analytics from the University of Denver. Haley also studied at the University of Otago. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Miller has also obtained several certifications, including Productboard & Jira Certification from Productboard (October 2022), Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 3 and Level 4 from SuccessHACKER (September 2021), Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER (August 2021), Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER (April 2021), Microsoft Access (Office 2016) from Microsoft (March 2017), and Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2013 from Microsoft (March 2016).
