McMi Sanjay Ghosh

Sanjay Ghosh's work experience includes roles at various companies and as an independent consultant. In 2020, they worked as a Molecular Testing Laboratory Quality Marshall and Covid Quality Marshall at Randox, where they were responsible for retrieving samples, managing stock, tracking sample progress, scanning COVID sample barcodes, inputting work lists using LIMS software, reviewing data, and maintaining QuantStudio machines. Sanjay also worked as a Technologist at Randox from December 2020 to January 2022. In 2020, Sanjay also worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant, where they expanded the market in Belfast and surrounding areas through networking and promotions. In 2010, they founded and directed ImageNation Ni, organizing multicultural events in Belfast. Sanjay has also worked as a Background Artist/Supporting Actor for THE EXTRAS DEPT (IRE) LTD and as a Progressive Mentor for The Prince's Trust from 2012 to 2017. Sanjay was a Technical Support Advisor (Sky) at Firstsource Solutions Limited from December 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, Sanjay was the Business Manager of Zara's Indian Restaurant from October 2008 to October 2010, where they successfully turned a coffee house into a family restaurant with 50 seating capacity.

Sanjay Ghosh, MCMI, has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1981 to 1990, they attended St. Anne's High School in Malad, Mumbai, where they earned their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) degree. In 2004 to 2005, Sanjay completed a Diploma in Business Management from ICS Learn, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton. This program provided him with a comprehensive knowledge of various business aspects. Moving forward, in 2016 to 2017, Sanjay engaged in Level 3 Education and Training studies at The Prince's Trust.

Expanding their skill set further, Sanjay became a Mental Health First Aider by completing a program at Mental Health First Aid, Northern Ireland in 2015. Sanjay also accomplished the Level 7 Award in Strategic Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute in 2019. This qualification enhanced their expertise in strategic leadership and management practices.

Additionally, Sanjay attended Simplilearn Alumni from 2019 to 2021, gaining proficiency as a Digital Project Manager.

Lastly, Sanjay Ghosh obtained a certification in Developing Resourcefulness from LinkedIn in April 2020. Through this certification, they further honed their skills in resourcefulness, which is essential for effective leadership and management.
