Guillaume Schwaederlé has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Guillaume began their career at Crit Intérim, where they held various student jobs from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they joined Hager Group as a Project Manager for HR Training Development in 2013, where they organized training sessions and managed a community of apprentices and interns. In 2014, they interned at the San Diego French American Chamber of Commerce as a Project Manager. Later that year, they returned to Hager Group as a Marketing & Communications Project Manager, where they played a key role in defining the branding and positioning of Hager Forum. Guillaume also hosted customer visits and organized events to promote the company's thought leadership. In 2018, they worked as an Operations & Partnerships Manager at Le Wagon, a coding and data science bootcamp, where they managed sales and operations and established partnerships with universities and startup ecosystems. Currently, Schwaederlé is working at Randstad Canada, where they have held multiple roles since 2019. Guillaume started as an IT Recruitment Consultant and later became a Talent Agent Project Manager, leading the strategy and operations of the "Randstad Talent Agent Experiment." Guillaume then served as the Director of Professional Services - Technologies Recruitment, where they scaled and fostered growth through a redefined operational model. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Randstad Canada.

Guillaume Schwaederlé holds a Master's degree in International Business from TBS Education. Guillaume obtained a Bachelor's degree (with honours) in Law from the University of Strasbourg and also holds a Certificate of English Law from the University of Birmingham. Guillaume has a Certificat in Computer Software Engineering from Le Wagon and completed their secondary education at Lycée Freppel, where they obtained a Bac Scientifique. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained multiple certifications in various areas, including project management, strategic partnerships, unconscious bias, design thinking, sales, recruiting, programming, and online marketing.
