Mathilde Dalleau

Mathilde Dalleau has a diverse work experience in various roles within the marketing field. Mathilde began their career as a Content Specialist at CodeSpark Studio from September 2016 to January 2019. Mathilde then worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at AppyHere from March 2019 to March 2021, where they focused on establishing and managing customer relationships. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at radar Chasseurs de talents from March 2019 to March 2021, where they managed social media sites and created content to support marketing efforts. Currently, Mathilde is employed at Randstad Canada as a Team Lead, E-commerce Operations starting from May 2022. In this role, they have successfully led global demand generation programs and managed a high-performing team while orchestrating strategic digital marketing plans. Mathilde is also experienced in analyzing campaign performance, optimizing lead generation, and maximizing conversion rates.

Mathilde Dalleau completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at HEC Montréal from 2013 to 2016. Mathilde then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management with a focus on Strategy at the same institution from 2017 to 2020.
