Rita Sposato

Rita Sposato began their work experience in 1988 as an Operations Supervisor at American Express Business Travel. Rita then worked as a Customer Service Manager at Primo International from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they served as a Call Center Supervisor at Valassis of Canada from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, Rita joined Randstad Canada as the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation. In 2017, they began their role as the President of the National Board at ACSESS, an organization promoting best practices and ethical standards in the staffing services industry in Canada. Additionally, Rita also held other positions within the ACSESS organization, including Executive at Large and Director on the National Board.
