Henri Viswat

Henri Viswat has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Henri currently serves as the CEO at Randstad Poland, leading a team of around 1000 employees. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director Professionals at Randstad Poland, where they were responsible for a team of 150 employees and focused on optimizing internal processes and implementing new sales and delivery strategies.

Henri has also been a Board Member at the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce since 2018. In this role, they engage in conversations with members and future members of the chamber on labor market-related topics and is involved in the HR knowledge circle, providing information and education to members.

In their previous positions, Henri served as the Director of Randstad Sourceright Poland and Eastern Europe at Randstad Sourceright. Henri was also the Director of Hospitality & Special Labels at Tempo-Team, where they restructured and refocused the hospitality brands, and later became the Regional Director Staffing.

Before that, Henri was the Managing Director of two companies within Conclusion Financiële Professionals, where they restructured and merged them into one entity with a revised value proposition and strategy. Henri also served as the Director of IT & Finance at Compagnon, responsible for developing the business lines and diversifying the portfolio.

Henri's early career includes various roles within Rabobank Groep, including their last position in the corporate finance department where they serviced large corporate clients. Overall, Henri Viswat has demonstrated expertise in leadership, restructuring, business development, and sales strategies throughout their career.

Henri Viswat completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued courses on Transformational Leadership at the London Business School. In 2022 to 2023, Henri attended the London Business School to study New ways in Sales. In addition to their education, they also obtained a certification in Challenger Sales Foundations from Randstad Sourceright in 2021.
