Karen Rizo

Karen Rizo, PMP®, serves as the Design Solution & Customer Success Manager and National Concept Manager at Randstad Brasil since March 2018, focusing on the dissemination and development of the Inhouse concept within the Brazilian operations. Prior experience includes roles in process standardization and continuous improvement across various industry sectors, project management at MSX International Brasil for Ford Motor Company, and strategic marketing analysis at thyssenkrupp. Karen has a solid foundation in logistics and engineering from previous positions with Saint-Gobain and Valeo. Karen holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.
