Danielle Watson

Danielle Watson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Danielle currently holds the position of SVP Sales Excellence at Randstad Digital Americas since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as SVP, Market Excellence at the same company starting from March 2023. Danielle also worked as VP, Solutions Research & Development at Randstad Digital Americas from January 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Randstad, Danielle worked at CSR-Consulting, Solutions, and Results, where they focused on helping small business owners thrive starting from October 2021.

Danielle also served as Vice President, Marketing and Sales Support at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC from August 2016 to October 2021. In this role, they contributed to planning, implementing, optimizing, and supporting ERP, EHR, and Revenue Cycle system initiatives for healthcare provider clients.

Danielle's career at Randstad Technologies US spanned over nine years, where they held the position of Solutions Director. Danielle demonstrated their expertise in empowering people, implementing new initiatives, and adapting to change. Moreover, they created a sales strategy and support group that significantly increased the company's win rate.

At Accenture, Danielle started as a Project Manager and later became a Consultant. Danielle supported the AT&T/BellSouth relationship and excelled in business process assessments and automation proposal development for various operations centers.

Danielle began their professional career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they worked in administration from 1998 to 1999.

Danielle Watson earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000-2001. In 2015-2017, they pursued a certification as a Transformational Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. Recently, in 2021, Danielle earned a certification as a Purpose Mentor from JourneyLife.
