Sourav Ghosh

Sourav Ghosh is a seasoned Senior Design Engineer currently working at Randstad Digital India, specializing in FTTH network design using Geo Struct and QGIS. With extensive experience in FTTH and FTTx projects across Europe, Sourav has also held positions at Cyient, where responsibilities included planning and engineering design for Rogers Communications' FTTH XGS-PON. Previously, as FTTH Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, Sourav focused on planning and designing fiber connectivity using GPON systems, and has further experience in operational roles with Bharti Airtel and HFCL. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, an MBA in Project Management, and a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering.
