Maryam Shahban Mncs

Maryam Shahban MNCS (Accred) currently serves as a Dementia and Mental Wellbeing Supervisor at ExtraCare Charitable Trust, focusing on older adults with mental health and cognitive impairments. In addition to this role, Maryam works as a counsellor for adults at Randstad and has also provided counselling at Buckinghamshire New University. Previous experience includes counselling young people and adults at All Saints Youth Project and serving as an Assistant Psychologist at Cygnet Health Care. Maryam’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton, a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and various certifications in clinical supervision and dementia well-being.
