Vivian Roks has extensive experience in strategic innovation management within the HR services sector, currently serving as Strategic Innovation Lead at Randstad since October 2006. In this role, Vivian oversees the entire process from ideation to market launch of new services while also managing Randstad Young Talents and Randstad Spark. Previously, Vivian was the National Manager of Randstad Young Talents, where the concept developed under Vivian's leadership became the largest HR service provider for highly educated young talent in Belgium. Vivian's career began at Adecco, where responsibilities as Branch Manager included managing several offices. Vivian holds multiple degrees, including a half MBA in Strategic Innovation Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master in Management from KU Leuven, along with additional qualifications in Rehabilitation Sciences and Sportsmedicine.
