Anne Boyle

Anne Boyle has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Anne is currently the Head of People & Culture at Rangers Football Club, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources for the same company from October 2019 to March 2023. Anne also has experience as an HR Manager at Rangers Football Club from March 2016 to October 2019. Before joining Rangers, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Solve. HR Ltd from February 2014 to March 2016. Anne also served as an HR & Quality Manager at Buchanan's (Scotland) Ltd from June 2010 to February 2014, a Human Resource Manager at Glasgow Chiropractic from November 2008 to June 2010, and a Human Resource & Quality Manager at Innometriks Ltd from October 2005 to November 2008. Early in their career, Anne worked as a Human Resource Administrator at Hymans Robertson from March 2005 to July 2005 and as a Pension Administrator at Prudential, Glasgow from January 2000 to August 2003.

Anne Boyle has a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business and Information Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Anne also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution. In addition, Anne has received a certification in CIPD Postgraduate Diploma from the CIPD.
