Emily Sweitzer

Emily Sweitzer serves as General Counsel at RangeWater Real Estate since September 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles at Ashton Woods Homes, where Emily held the positions of Associate General Counsel and Vice President and Associate General Counsel from June 2015 to September 2020, and at King & Spalding as a Senior Associate from September 2005 to May 2015. Emily specializes in representing developers and investors in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings, and structuring, with a focus on efficiency. Additionally, Emily advises on the formation and negotiation of strategic joint ventures for real estate projects. Emily earned a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College.
