Xavier Bejinez possesses extensive experience in restaurant operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rangoon Ruby Investment LLC since May 2020. Previous roles include Area Manager and Trainee at Curry Up Now, Director of Operations at Rangoon Ruby Burmese Cuisine LLC, Operating Partner at Paul Martin's American Grill, and various positions at Elephant Bar Restaurants including Area Leader.
