Caitlyn Ibrahim Barañano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and talent management within the executive search industry. Currently serving as the VP of Operations and Chief of Staff at Ransom Group Executive Search Consultants since June 2023, Caitlyn has previously held key positions including Talent Associate at The Production Board, where initiatives were launched to enhance leadership search and network building programs. As Senior Manager of Research and Strategic Capabilities at Hunt Club, Caitlyn established the firm's first research organization, significantly improving candidate sourcing and vetting processes. During tenure at Heidrick & Struggles, Caitlyn advanced from Executive Search Analyst to Practice Manager of the Global Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, overseeing critical knowledge management and operations.
