Jean-philippe Nicolle

Jean-Philippe Nicolle serves as the Group CFO at Rapala VMC, a position held since May 2023, while also being the Executive Vice President of Rapala VMC Corporation since September 2017. With extensive experience in various managerial roles, Jean-Philippe oversees the Normark distribution in multiple countries, including France, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, and regions in South Africa and South America. Jean-Philippe has held leadership positions such as Managing Director at Dynamite Baits Ltd. until March 2023 and Président at Normark France since July 2016. Formerly Directeur Administratif et Financier at RAPALA-VMC France, and Directeur Général at Rapala France, Jean-Philippe holds an MBA from The Open University and a Certified Public Accountant designation from ICS Bégué.
