Caprecia Miller

Caprecia Miller is a proud 24-year United States Army enlisted veteran. She is currently the Vice President of the Safe Helpline for RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network). Throughout her time in the U.S. Army’s Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program Office, she established effective strategies and formulated policies for continued improvement and engagement of the SHARP program. Caprecia collaborated with the Department of Defense Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO), Army senior leaders, and other service branches on sexual assault prevention and response efforts. Caprecia has presented at the National Sexual Assault Conferences and National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) training event. Caprecia is honored to lead RAINN’s Safe Helpline team supporting sexual assault survivors in the DoD community.
