Iain Ferguson

Iain Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Iain started their career at Nucleus Holdings in 2008 as a Financial Project Analyst, where they analyzed revenue streams and project profitability for clients such as GSK, Astra Zeneca, and Novartis. In 2011, they joined Indigo Mile as a Talent Acquisition Manager, helping the company grow and placing individuals in various roles within the creative industry. Since 2013, they have been with Rapha, initially working as a Global Talent Partner, responsible for company-wide recruitment from executive to entry-level positions. Iain then progressed to roles such as People & Culture Manager, Head of People & Culture, and currently serves as the People and Culture Director. Iain's experience showcases their expertise in talent acquisition, project analysis and profitability, and people and culture management.
