Neil Porter

Neil Porter is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and visual merchandising across notable companies. Currently serving as the Wholesale Manager for UK + Ireland and Manchester Club House Manager at Rapha since September 2019, Neil is responsible for key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior to Rapha, Neil held the position of Menswear Department Manager at Selfridges, managing KPIs across multiple high-profile brands. Previous roles include visual merchandising manager for BESTSELLER and FOOTASYLUM, where responsibilities included overseeing store layouts and brand presentation. Neil began their career as a Deputy Store Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and has held various management positions at Selfridges. Education was completed at Dunclug High School from 1990 to 1995.
