Head Of Digital Experience at Rapha

Nik Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies.

Starting in 2007, they worked as a Blogger for Weblogs Inc, specifically writing for Download Squad and The Unofficial Apple Weblog until July 2010.

In 2007, they joined Realmac Software as a Support Ninja, where they provided customer support and contributed to the development and launch of the app LittleSnapper. Nik later became the Support & QA Manager, overseeing customer service and quality assurance, and then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, managing the product roadmap and development of LittleSnapper and RapidWeaver.

In 2016, Nik moved to Rapha as an iOS Product Owner, where they led the development and business strategy for their iOS app. Nik played a key role in educating the organization about mobile app possibilities and building a dedicated in-house team.

Within Rapha, Nik held multiple positions. Nik was a Product Owner, responsible for recruiting and leading a product team for the redesign of the Rapha website and the rebuild of the Rapha Cycling Club app. Later, they became the Head of Digital Product, leading product management for all digital touchpoints and working closely with stakeholders to further Rapha's mission.

In 2020, Nik was promoted to Head of Digital Experience at Rapha, where they continue to drive the development of impactful digital experiences that benefit customers and the business.

Nik Fletcher pursued their education in the field of marketing by completing the Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson in the year 2023. Prior to that, they attended the Royal Northern College of Music from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on the study of music. No specific degrees were mentioned for either educational experience.
