Robert Fleming

Robert Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert began their career as a Project Coordinator at Fleetwood Construction, INC in 2005, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, Robert served as the Co-Owner and Strategic Growth Manager at The SummerTime Market. Robert then joined lululemon athletica in 2010 and held roles as an Educator to Store Manager until 2013, and as a New Store Opening Manager until 2016. Robert's most recent position is with Rapha, where they started in 2016 as the General Manager and New Stores Opening Manager, then transitioned to Regional People and Culture Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Learning and Development at Rapha, starting in April 2021.

Robert Fleming's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial and Interaction Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an NSTA Personal Trainer from the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association.
