Bill Engel

Bill Engel is a seasoned technology consultant and executive with over 40 years of experience in public sector, Department of Defense, and commercial consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Executive and Technology Consultant for Rapid Cycle Solutions since April 2013, Engel has founded multiple IT consulting firms and successfully executed their sales. Previous roles include Vice President and COO at eMentum, Inc., Practice Manager at Number Six Software, and founder and President of Knovare, Inc. Engel has demonstrated leadership in corporate operations, business development, and project management across diverse organizations, embracing various methodologies such as Rational Unified Process (RUP). Engel holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
