Rapid Health’s Smart Triage elevates the MGPA model, autonomously triaging, navigating, and instantly allocating and booking patients into the right appointments based on clinical need and staff capacity without any practice staff intervention. Patients input information via an online assessment and are instantly directed to the most appropriate care (such as an appointment), without the need for practice staff to be involved. By guiding patients to the right care and offering a range of suitable, self-bookable appointment slots, both clinical and administrative staff time is saved. In doing so, this approach helps ensure optimal use of GP and other clinical resources.
