Julie Jarvie

Julie Jarvie currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Rapid Micro Biosystems since March 2025. Previously, Julie held the position of Vice President for People Strategy and Employee Experience at BlueRock Therapeutics from February 2023 to March 2025, where Julie partnered strategically with senior executives. Additional experience includes roles at Mimecast, where Julie led the North America and Australia HR business partner and talent acquisition teams, and served as Senior Director of Human Resources. Earlier positions include Senior HR Manager at PerkinElmer, Manager of Global Talent Management at Cabot Corporation, and various adjunct faculty roles at Northeastern University. Julie holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University and completion of the Chief Human Resources Officer Executive Program at Wharton Executive Education.
