Ryan Watts, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Ryan currently serves as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Rapid Micro Biosystems, where they play a key role in accelerating the detection of microbial contamination in the manufacturing process of pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and personal care products. Ryan'sresponsibilities include utilizing the Growth Direct platform to automate traditional microbial testing and improve quality control processes while maintaining data integrity.

Prior to their current role, Ryan worked at BDO USA, LLP as an Assurance Senior Manager from October 2020 to May 2021. Ryan then joined RSM US LLP as an Assurance Manager from November 2018 to October 2020. At CohnReznick LLP, they also held the position of Assurance Manager from October 2017 to October 2018.

Ryan previously worked at BDO USA, LLP in various roles. Ryan served as an Assurance Manager from August 2015 to September 2017, a Senior Associate from October 2013 to August 2015, and an Experienced Associate from October 2012 to September 2013.

Ryan began their career at Marcum LLP as a Staff Accountant from November 2010 to October 2012. Throughout their work experience, Ryan has consistently demonstrated their expertise in accounting and assurance.

Ryan Watts, CPA, MBA attended Westford Academy for their high school education. Following that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quinnipiac University - School of Business between 2009 and 2010.
