Pinak Parekh

Pinak Parekh has over 10 years of experience in UX design and interaction design. In 2009, they began their career as an Interaction Design Research Intern at Domus Academy Research Center (DARC). In 2010, they worked as a Physical Interaction Designer at Asia Digital MOJO and a Freelance Interaction Designer. From 2012 to 2014, they were a User Experience Designer at F#, UX/UI Consultant at JW Player, and Associate Director of UX at BBDO Worldwide | Barefoot Proximity. In 2018, they worked as a UX Lead at GE and Lead UX Designer and Traveler at F Sharp. Most recently, they have been the Head of UX at Rapid Robotics, Inc since 2020.

Pinak Parekh has a diverse educational background. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University, which they completed in 2007. In 2009, they earned a Master of Arts in Interaction Design from both Domus Academy and the University of Wales, which they completed in 2010. Pinak has also obtained four additional certifications, including Tapping Their Greatness from SarahSinger&Co. in August 2016, Persuasive Presentations from Duarte, Inc. in May 2016, NN/g Usability Week New York from Nielsen Norman Group in October 2015, and How to Develop Incredibly Powerful Communication Skills from Xavier University in September 2015.
