Alicia L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alicia began their professional career as a Member of Girls Who Code in 2016. Alicia then worked as a Leadership Workshop Instructor at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from 2015 to 2017. Alicia also served as a Board Member at Acton-Boxborough United Way from 2015 to 2016.

In 2018, Alicia worked as a Logistics Coordinator for WHACK (Wellesley College Hackathon) before joining Wellesley College HCI lab as a Student Researcher from 2018 to 2019. Alicia also worked as a CS 230 (Data Structures) Tutor in the Wellesley College Computer Science Department in 2019.

Alicia gained experience in the tech industry through internships at Google as an Engineering Practicum Intern in 2019 and Facebook as a Technical Project Manager Intern in 2020.

Alicia further expanded their tech expertise by working as a Technical Program Manager at Full-time Training in Anaheim from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Alicia holds the role of Project Manager at Rapid7, starting in 2023.

Alicia L. obtained their High School Diploma from Acton Boxborough Regional High School from 2012 to 2017. Alicia pursued further education at Wellesley College from 2017 to 2021 and earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Computer Science.
