Conall Heffernan

Conall Heffernan began their work experience in 2014 as an IT Support Assistant at Fleetwood Healthcare. In 2015, they joined Rapid7 as a Backline Support Engineer and worked their way up to become a Lead Backline Support Engineer in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, Conall served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Team Lead at Rapid7. Currently, they hold the position of Manager, Technical Support at the company. Additionally, Conall worked as a Sales Assistant at Avoca Ireland from 2009 to 2015.

Conall Heffernan attended Presentation College Bray from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing at the National College of Ireland.
