Eric Bauer

Eric Bauer has a solid work experience spanning over two decades in various roles and companies. Eric is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Strategy + Effectiveness at Rapid7 since the start of 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Folloze from March 2021 to February 2022, and Vice President of Alliances & Business Development from July 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining Folloze, Eric worked at AudioCodes as the VP of Marketing and Business Development, NA, from September 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they played a key role in driving the modernization of communication services for Fortune 1000 companies.

From 2006 to 2015, Eric worked at IR, where they held several roles including Global Head of Product Marketing, Global Product Director for Unified Communications, West Region Sales Director for Unified Communications, Consulting Director for Americas, and Lead Sales Engineer. Eric was responsible for various aspects of product marketing, strategy, sales, consulting, and delivery operations.

Prior to IR, Eric worked at Aurema as a Senior Sales Engineer from March 2005 to August 2006, at Novus Consulting Group as a Solution Architect from May 2001 to March 2005, and at Worldstor as a Storage Engineer from June 2000 to May 2001.

Eric Bauer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Juniata College, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Lincoln from 1998 to 1999. More recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2018 to 2021.
