Kate Sheridan

Kate Sheridan has extensive work experience in the field of people strategy and employee engagement. Kate most recently worked at Rapid7 as the Director of People Strategy. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of People & Culture at Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., a general contractor company known for its unique and committed culture. Before joining Lee Kennedy, they worked at Suffolk Construction in various roles, including Director of Employee Engagement, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager, all within their People & Culture department. Kate also had a brief role as a Public Relations professional at Regan Communications. Overall, Kate Sheridan has a strong background in people management and a keen understanding of creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Kate Sheridan completed their high school education at Tabor Academy from 2002 to 2005. Kate then went on to attend Colby College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development. In 2007, Kate briefly attended University College Cork, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during their time there.
