Lindsey Buonocore

Lindsey Buonocore has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Lindsey is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rapid7 since January 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Go to Customer at Rapid7 starting from October 2019. Prior to joining Rapid7, Lindsey worked at Acquia as the Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Sales from July 2018 to February 2019 and as the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Sales from August 2016 to July 2018. Lindsey also has experience at Sonian, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2014 to August 2016 and as a Senior Talent Specialist from September 2013 to June 2014. Additionally, Lindsey held positions at OpenView Venture Partners/OpenView Labs as a Senior Talent Specialist from December 2012 to September 2013 and as a Talent Specialist from January 2012 to December 2012. Lindsey started their career as a Staffing Consultant at Hollister from April 2011 to December 2011 and as an Executive Recruiter at The Mergis Group from May 2010 to April 2011.

Lindsey Buonocore earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Trinity College-Hartford. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a 200 HR RYT certification from Yoga Alliance in July 2017, a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2015, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2012.
