Nora de Falco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nora started their career as an EIT (Engineer-in-Training) at Halliburton, where they completed bridge design projects and conducted field surveys. Nora then worked as a Design Engineer at Brown & Gay Engineers, managing a team and completing design projects for bridge replacements.

Nora later joined Bates Engineering, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for designing structural engineering projects and managing client communications. Nora then transitioned to a role as an Office Manager at Austin Pets Alive, where they established a support structure for staff and managed administrative operations.

In 2014, Nora worked as a Substitute Teacher at Eanes Independent School District, developing strong relationships with teachers as a reliable substitute. Nora then joined AcademicWorks as an Office Manager, handling accounts payable and facilitating the onboarding process for a growing startup.

Nora's career in technology began at Blackbaud, where they worked as a Client Support Specialist, providing exceptional support and building relationships with clients. Nora then moved on to PowerSchool Group LLC, where they held multiple roles including Client Operations Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, Nora managed client accounts, created project plans, and collaborated with internal teams to provide resolution and advocate for clients.

Most recently, Nora worked at Rapid7 as a Senior Project Manager, Global Services, where they utilized their project management skills to deliver successful projects for the company.

Throughout their career, Nora has demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills in various roles and industries.

Nora de Falco attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
