Ricardo Alvarez began their career in 2001 as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy, where they gained extensive experience in network management and troubleshooting. After leaving the Navy in 2005, they worked as a Support Engineer at teleNetwork, providing technical assistance to residential and business customers. In 2011, they joined Tel West Network Services as a NOC Technician, troubleshooting customer and network issues and ensuring timely resolution. Ricardo then worked as a Support Engineer at ESO Solutions, where they assisted EMS agencies and IT departments with software-related issues. In 2013, they joined LifeSize, a division of Logitech, as a Sales Engineer and Technical Instructor, managing trials, configuring infrastructure and video endpoints, and training customers virtually.
