RapidAI – where AI meets patient care. Position Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across iOS, Android, Web apps, and cloud Backend.
• Help build technical strategy to advance the state of iOS, Android, Web Apps and Cloud Backend feature velocity while maintaining exceptionally high levels of quality.
• Work effectively with partner teams to build infrastructure to anticipate and support product innovation needs.
• Recruit & empower a top-notch technical team in our Bangalore office, to drive ambitious engineering projects for our web apps, backend and associated systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure that the right people are building the right things.
• Work alongside Program Managers and other stakeholders to build a delivery roadmap, set expectations, communicate status, and be accountable for your team's delivery.
• Collaborate with other technical leaders to drive a consistent, streamlined approach to software delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvement to increase output while maintaining software quality & high morale.
• This position has direct report responsibilities.
• Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.

Education, Experience, And Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience with managing Software Engineering teams
• 12-15 years of professional experience in commercial software engineering, including experience with technical innovation.
• Atleast 5 years of experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred)
• 4+ years of experience with modern web frontend stacks such as Angular or React
• Proven track record in building reliable, highly available, multi-tenant, distributed systems
• Proven experience leading an application engineering team, including mobile, web frontend and backend engineers.
