Farheen Hassan

Farheen Hassan has a diverse work experience in the field of HR management. Farheen is currently serving as the Associate Director - HR at Rapidflow Inc since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager from April 2019 to July 2022 at the same company. From October 2015 to March 2019, Farheen worked as a Manager - HR, and from October 2012 to October 2015, they served as an Assistant Manager - HR at Rapidflow Inc.

Before joining Rapidflow Inc, Farheen worked at Samtel Engineering and Sourcing Solutions (Samtel Display Systems ltd) where they held the position of Assistant Manager - HRD. Farheen'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, induction and orientation programs, and training and development needs analysis. Farheen was also a part of the Corporate HR department, where they worked as an HR Trainee. Farheen was involved in identifying training needs, creating training calendars, and conducting training programs.

Farheen's earliest work experience was a summer internship at Paharpur 3P in 2009.
