Chrissie Ahmed McIpd

Chrissie Ahmed MCIPD has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Branch Manager at Wilko from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they were responsible for all branch targets and activities, leading a team of over 50 people and managing stores with sales of up to £4 million per annum.

From 2008 to 2016, Chrissie worked as an HR People Partner at Wilko. In this generalist role, they provided advice and support to management and executives across 50 stores and 2000 employees on various HR aspects, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and absence management. Chrissie also led corporate project work and supported policy development.

In 2016, Chrissie co-founded Mangohr, where they served as a Co-Founder until 2018.

Since 2018, Chrissie has been working as the Head of HR at Water Babies Bubble Ltd.

Chrissie Ahmed MCIPD obtained their education from MOL, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Chrissie enrolled in 2009 and successfully completed their studies in 2012, earning the prestigious MCIPD qualification.
