Brent Gentner

Brent Gentner is a seasoned Product Development Engineer specializing in electrical engineering at RapidPulse since January 2022. With a diverse background, Brent has served as an Independent Consultant focusing on data, software, and systems architecture since February 2018. Previous roles include DevOps Engineer at DataRemote, Inc., Senior System Administrator at ALLDATA, and Data and Systems Architect at the University of California - Office of the President (UCOP), where Brent integrated various data systems into agile architectures and applied expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and business analysis. Additional experience includes Systems Administrator positions at UC Davis and the University of the Pacific Library, as well as early roles as a Linux System Administrator and QA Software Engineer. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
