Diarmuid Bourke

Diarmuid Bourke has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Diarmuid started their career as a Software Engineer in Cellusys in 2007 and later worked in companies like Atamia, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, and Propylon in similar roles. In 2012, they served as the Chairperson of Python Ireland until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Software Engineer in ZenDoc, where they were responsible for designing and developing an online document management platform. In 2013, they joined FieldAware as a Software Engineer and then moved to Udemy as a Senior Software Engineer in 2015. Currently, Diarmuid is working as a Software Architect at RapidRatings. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various technologies and frameworks such as Python, Django, Pyramid web framework, SQLalchemy, PostgreSQL, and AngularJS.

From 2004 to 2008, Diarmuid Bourke attended Dublin City University, where they pursued a degree in Computer Applications and Software Engineering known as CASE.
