Justin Labelle has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various industries. Justin is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Client Delivery at RapidRatings, where they lead a team of over 50 individuals and focuses on driving profitability and positive client outcomes. Prior to this, Justin worked at ACI Worldwide as the Director of Business Operations & Program Success, where they played a crucial role in achieving margin and growth targets for the company. Justin also worked at Security Source as the Director of Operations, leading multiple business units and achieving increased volume of work and quality scores without additional team members. Justin's experience also includes roles at Dining Alliance, MRI Software LLC, and Bank of America, where they showcased their skills in process improvements, analytics, and client service.

Justin Labelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from John Carroll University. Justin also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Systems Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
