Alexandra Dilas

Alexandra Dilas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alexandra started their career in 2012 as the owner of Vamp Systems, where they built customized high-performance gaming PCs and provided technical support, website design, SEO, social media marketing, and IT consulting services to local businesses.

In 2014, Alexandra joined SMG Property Management as an Administrator, where they managed infrastructure projects and implemented new property management software while providing ongoing IT support to multiple properties.

Alexandra then worked as an IT Help Desk Technician at Dental Care Alliance and Vitil Solutions, gaining experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

In 2019, Alexandra became the Manager of Contracts and Accounts Receivable at Coastal Care Staffing, where they performed credit risk analysis, generated contractual agreements, and resolved billing disputes.

Alexandra later transitioned to a role at Scan123 Electronic Document Management as an Engineer, focusing on product implementation and support. Alexandra collaborated with key stakeholders to build a Customer Success organization, managed product implementations, and provided training to users.

From 2021 to 2022, Alexandra worked at Pathify as a Manager of Technical Support, overseeing the establishment of a new User Support organization, implementing support ticketing platforms and integrating various tools.

Most recently, they joined RapidSOS in 2022 as a Manager of Technical Support, leading a team of support engineers and contractors. Alexandra maintained adherence to strict service level agreements, collaborated with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, and expanded support into international markets.

Alexandra Dilas has an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on General studies. Alexandra obtained this degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in January 2020.
