Kristen Donnino is the VP of Product at RapidSOS. Kristen has over 15 years of experience in product management and has held leadership positions at Accenture, Adaptly, and Axioma. Kristen has a track record of success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch to post-launch analysis. Kristen is an expert in UX design and has led user experience initiatives for multiple software suites. Kristen is a data-driven leader who uses market research and competitive analysis to inform their decisions about product development and go-to-market strategy.

Kristen Donnino has an MBA from New York University with a specialization in marketing, product management, and finance. Kristen also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont with a concentration in international finance.

Kristen Donnino reports to Michael Martin, CEO, Co-Founder. They are on a team with Rebecca Scharfstein - VP, People, Michelle Cahn - Chief of Staff & VP, Operations, and Drew Jacob - Head of Finance.
