Nicholas Rohaidy

Nicholas Rohaidy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicholas started their career as a Research Assistant at Weill Cornell Medical College in 2013. From there, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Benbow Enterprises and as a Data Journalist at ANIMALNewYork in 2014 and 2015, respectively.

In 2015, Nicholas joined HCA as a Senior Electronic Health Records Implementation Analyst, where they traveled on-site to physician clinics to analyze workflows and implement eClinicalWorks EHR. Nicholas also provided training and customized clinical content for providers. Nicholas later transitioned to the role of Implementation and Training Analyst at HCA, leading teams to implement Practice Management functionality and optimizing processes across the North Florida market.

In 2018, Nicholas joined LiveSafe as a Lead Sales Engineer, where they conducted live demos of the platform for enterprise, higher education, and federal prospects. Nicholas achieved over 100% of quarterly sales forecasts and served as a Subject Matter Expert on security posture and integration capabilities.

In 2020, Nicholas joined Vector Solutions as a Lead Sales Solutions Engineer, overseeing the strategy and innovation of the LiveSafe product after its acquisition. Nicholas enabled the sales force to effectively sell the product and provided support throughout the sales cycle.

Most recently, in 2021, Nicholas became a Senior Sales Engineer at RapidSOS, a leading provider of 911/999/112 data services. Nicholas performs full life-cycle technical sales engineering, leading demos for government and large enterprise customers. Nicholas focuses on customizing the platform to each prospect's specific use case and ensures a smooth sales cycle.
