Jason Evans

Jason Evans has extensive experience in party wall surveying. Jason started their career at Vincent-Brown & Associates Ltd as a Graduate Building Surveyor, where they worked closely with senior surveyors and case managers. Jason then progressed to become a Party Wall Surveyor at the same company. Jason later joined Shore in 2017 as a Party Wall Surveyor and eventually became a Senior Party Wall Surveyor. At Shore, they provided party wall seminars and CPD presentations to various professionals. Currently, Jason holds the position of Head of Party Wall - London at Rapleys, where they advise and undertakes services related to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

Jason Evans completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2004 to 2009, they attended The Boswells School in Chelmsford. However, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Construction at Chelmsford College. Finally, from 2011 to 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Science BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University.
