Cory Mansfield

Cory Mansfield brings a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both the energy and emergency services sectors. Currently serving as a Distribution Dispatcher at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since December 2021, responsibilities include member communications, system monitoring, and crew dispatching during outages and maintenance. Previously, in the role of Brand Manager at Salem Church Products from November 2015 to October 2021, Cory focused on digital content creation, marketing strategy, and project management. Other significant roles include Nuclear Security Officer at Dominion Energy, Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician at Spotsylvania County Department of Fire and Rescue, and an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech.
