Wilson Cabral

Wilson Cabral is a highly experienced professional in the fields of sales, commercial operations, and business partnerships, currently serving as Global Senior Director - Business Partner for LATAM at Rappi since July 2020. Previous roles at Rappi include CHRO & M&A Senior Director and Commercial & Partnerships Senior Director for Turbo Dark Stores. Prior to Rappi, Wilson held key positions at OYO - Brasil and Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing sales and commercial strategies. Wilson's career also features tenures at Carrefour Brasil and Grupo Twenty Six. An accomplished academic, Wilson holds an MBA in Gestão Comercial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and dual bachelor's degrees in Social Communication/Journalism and International Affairs from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and Faculdade Damas, respectively. Additional education includes studies in International Business Management and experiences in international learning programs.
